BCT16 Tools & Assistants: Data Workflow

Local worksheets process entries in your browser. Some tools save reports or activity in browser local storage, which can remain after you close the page. Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove those local records.

Prompt-based tools prepare text for you to copy into Claude.ai, Google Gemini, or another AI service. If you choose to paste a prompt, upload a recording or document, or send other content there, you transmit that information to that provider. Claude-hosted artifacts also run on an external service. The provider's privacy policy and terms apply to information you share there.

The chat assistants send your submitted conversation and the assistant's instructions through this site's server to Anthropic Claude. The proxy logs the time, tool name, request status, token usage, and cache status. It also stores some successful AI responses in a server-side cache; those responses may include information from your conversation. The legacy Tools Assistant answers catalog lookups locally and sends open-ended questions to Claude. Server caching and logging are separate from browser storage.

Pages may also load external resources, such as fonts, and link to other websites. Avoid entering information you are not authorized to share. These workflow details describe the BCT16 package; they do not establish the retention practices of external providers or other publisher services.
